PROJECT: CCILU 2017
Resilient to surrounding noise and disturbances, CCILU Footwear is focused on moving forward and dives into the future. Just like the dots, the numbers and the equations in the financial world stimulate the senses; the material, the colors and the technology of each pair of CCILU footwear turns on the senses. Futuristic design fused with futuristic technology – CCILU footwear inspires each singularity to liberate beyond the horizon.
CCILU was undergoing brand revamped with the founder of CCILU. In partnership with CCILU headquarters, Designete worked closely with CCILU’S brand managers across Asia on the branding project. The website is to deliver the brand new identity and aligning all communication touch-points to ensure and articulation of the brand with consistent message to the worldwide audience with new concept, direction, products and technology. The purpose of this site is to increase brand awareness and leverage it through an e-store.
CCILU.com is an extensive website comprising of 3 different subsites –a B2C e-commerce store, 2 Blogs and a B2B e-catolog & sharing portal.
For the site’s foundation, we have used the Magento-commerce platform, the leading e-commerce solution.
Content and images are crucial for Google to rank the website in an organic way. As we all know, content has always been King. This site is content-rich, for text, high-quality images and videos to enhance overall brand.
The initial revamped website CCILU 2.0 was first launch to the distributors at Global CCILU conference in June 2017 in Taipei.
Final launching of the new branding effort was released at Fall/Winter 2017 Trio Global Conference held in Bangkok with its target marketing strategies for the US market.

The main site is going to be dedicated to e-commerce, meaning that we have designed the entire platform with sales optimisation in mind. The very point of having an e-commerce store is to drive sales. To do that, first we have to build brand awareness by driving traffic to the site. Ultimately, traffic translates into sales, with brand awareness being the catalyst.
Once you make the decision to liberate yourself, and you’ve taken that difficult first step, momentum increases with every stride. The further you propel yourself toward your goals, the less likely it is you will turn back. The founder of the CCILU Footwear started out as a banker. At the peak of his career, he took a giant leap outside his comfort zone. Wilson Hsu drew on his background in Science and Mathematics to become an award-winning shoe designer. A small shoe stand on the streets soon became an international brand selling across five continents.
In support of our Spring / Summer 2017 “Horizon” collection, CCILU Footwear has enlisted a team of Global Ambassadors – citizens of note who have liberated themselves and changed the course of their lives. Our Ambassadors are more than celebrity endorsers: each embodies the CCILU mantra “liberate yourself.” These include Soles4Souls CEO Buddy Teaster, 8-star Michelin Chef Martin Berasategui, with several other influencers to be named as the year unfolds.
