    PROJECT: VALENTINO RUDY

    With a heritage spanning over 40+ years, Valentino Rudy has since grown into a thriving global business producing fashion forward, premium quality bases and accessories for men and women. As a leading brand in Asia, Valentino Rudy has a strong presence in over 11 countries including Singapore, Japan, Korea, Hong Kong, China, USA and Italy. The label can be found in freestanding boutiques as well as renowned department stores in various cosmopolitan cities.

     

    Designete works with the Valentino Rudy regional office in Singapore on the development of brand and marketing strategies for this part of the world. The purpose of this project is to create awareness about brand heritage, showcasing the latest products and collection, convey a cohesive brand identity via their website. The Designete team first proposed the design identity, sourced for editorial images, followed by a strategic digital concept through the website. This finished branded website is ready to convert to e-commerce in the future.

     

    This is a project approved with funded with Singapore government PIC grant.

    The website was crafted with every thought in reflecting the brand core values of Valentino Rudy. It is one of the most effective platforms in communicating to interested audience and one would feel closer to the brand when buying the products.

    VALENTINO RUDY

    Mr. Valentino Rudy was born in Bologna in Italy in 1931. After he studied architecture at the university in Rome, he went back to Bologna of your hometown and worked on preservation of historical buildings there. During touching furniture which is precious historically, fittings and fine textile, he was attracted by those beauty and developed new and original design of his own. His products, which are full of originality, were started from the field of men’s fashion and has been expanded not only the field of lady’s fashion but the items of life amenity. He kept proposing the design of its clear brand concept and its high quality and investigating consistently the harmony between design and material through his all life. When Mr. Valentino Rudy deceased in 1997, Mr. Valentino Vittorio of his eldest son took over his design policy. He also makes efforts everyday to inherit 3V of the brand policy “VERACITY”, ”VENERATION” and “VALUE” which his father kept preciously in order to establishing the brand spirit in the 21st century. VALENTINO RUDY brand given its eternal life by young creators has continued to attract people in the world in these days without changing from the past.
